1) right click the photo
2) pick 「內容」, you will see a link with 「.jpg」at the end
3) copy and paste the link
e.g.
http://www.forum4hk.com/customavatars/4428 .jpg
put it in between [img ] and [ /img]

remember : delet the space above

3 methods:
1) put the link with 「.jpg」in between [img ] and [ /img]
2) click 插入圖片 (ie. a little photo with tree), then, input the photo
3) click 瀏覽, and attach the photo you have saved in your PC.
e.g. :

Method 1& 2 are the same basic.
