無牌演奏, 公眾娛樂場所條例 Public Entertainment Ordinance
4.公眾娛樂場所牌照
(1)任何人如無根據本條例批出的牌照，不得經營或使用任何公眾娛樂場所。
(2)任何人違反第(1)款的規定，即屬犯罪，一經定罪，可處第4級罰款及監禁6個月，並可就罪行持續的期間，另處罰款每日$2,000。 (由1995年第72號第4條修訂)

4.Licences for places of public entertainment
(1)No person shall keep or use any place of public entertainment without a licence granted under this Ordinance.
(2)Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine at level 4 and imprisonment for 6 months, and to a further fine of $2,000 for every day during which the offence has continued. (Amended 72 of 1995 s. 4)
